Specialization and updates
We specialize in managing orders aimed at producing a wide range of parts. Starting with the analysis of the client’s needs, through design and subsequent manufacturing, GE.CO is able to supply parts made of carbon steel, aluminum, superalloys, plastic polymers, and non-ferrous materials.
Thanks to our extensive network of suppliers, we are able to manage not only mechanical processing but also heat treatments and surface treatments, completing an efficient production chain.
Mechanical processing
The mechanical processing of parts is carried out on CNC machines by highly specialized operators who are continuously trained in new technologies.
The maximum dimensions of the parts that can be processed are:
- Turning: max dia. 5000, height under crossbar 2000
- Milling: 12000*3500, max travel 5000
Lifting: 32.5 tons max.
Dimensional testing
GE.CO, through its organization, is able to perform all the necessary inspections and tests on the product. It has a large climate-controlled metrology room with CMM machines, with maximum dimensional capacity of 3000x2000x1500 up to 5 tons, with top-loading via overhead crane.

Thanks to our operators and qualified suppliers, we are able to examine castings, welds, and machined parts.
Design
Heat treatments
GE.CO is able to offer thermal stress relieving treatments up to 700°C.

The common denominator of our products is the high quality and precision guaranteed by the application of a quality system in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard, as well as EN 9100 and ISO 9120 for aerospace products.
