Cookie policy

Welcome to the section dedicated to the cookies used on this Website, www.ge-cosrl.it.
Through this notice, you will understand which types of cookies and tracking technologies are employed, how these tools are used, and what rights you are entitled to regarding them.

Introduction

This document provides details about the technologies that allow this Website to achieve the purposes described below. These solutions enable the Data Controller to collect and store information (for example, through the use of cookies) or to utilize resources (such as running scripts) on the User’s device whenever the latter interacts with the Site.

For simplicity, in this text, we will refer to these technologies as “Tracking Tools,” unless it is necessary to differentiate between the various types.
For example, if cookies can be enabled both on web browsers and mobile browsers, it might not be appropriate to speak of cookies within a mobile application, as these are Tracking Tools that assume the presence of a browser.
For this reason, in this document, the term “cookies” will be used exclusively to refer to that specific type of Tracking Tool.

Some of the purposes for which the Tracking Tools are used may require the User’s consent. Once given, this consent can be revoked at any time by following the instructions provided in this document.

This Website uses Tracking Tools managed directly by the Data Controller (so-called “first-party”) and others provided by third parties (so-called “third-party”). Unless otherwise specified, these third parties may access their own Tracking Tools.
The duration and expiration of cookies and other Tracking Tools may vary depending on what is determined by the Controller or by each provider. Some cease to function at the end of the User’s browsing session.
In addition to what is specified in the description of each category, the User can find updated information about the duration, characteristics, or presence of other Tracking Tools by consulting the privacy policies of the respective providers (via the provided links) or by contacting the Controller.
